Introduction
This credit-based continuing education program provides in-service professionals in transportation and logistics (e.g., government transportation staff, industry practitioners, and corporate logistics personnel) with opportunities to advance their knowledge. The program teaches theories and methods related to transportation policy, traffic management, traffic engineering, and passenger and logistics operations, aiming to deepen participants’ understanding of the field.
Target Applicants
Applicants should be in-service professionals meeting the requirements for graduate studies.
Education:
Graduates from accredited public or private universities, independent colleges, or recognized foreign institutions with a bachelor’s degree, or those meeting equivalent academic qualifications for master’s program admission under relevant education regulations.
Equivalent academic qualifications include:
Attended a university for the required years but did not graduate; left school for over one year and holds a transcript or proof of study.
Completed all coursework except the final year, left school for over two years, and holds a transcript or proof of study.
Completed at least four years of university coursework (six years including internship), earning at least 128 credits.
Graduates of technical colleges: three-year programs require at least two years of relevant work experience; two- or five-year programs require at least three years; graduates of continuing education technical programs are treated as two-year programs.
Passed relevant higher-level or special examinations, holding certificates.
Hold a Class-A technician certificate (or equivalent) with at least three years of work experience and supporting documentation.
Work Experience:
At least one year of service in public or private organizations.

Class Schedule:
- Courses are offered during daytime, evening, and on Saturdays.
- Students must enroll in at least 3 credits per semester.

The department’s credit-based program shares classes with the in-service Transportation and Logistics program. Courses are selected based on each semester’s offerings. Enrollment occurs twice a year, and students must take at least one 3-credit course per semester. The curriculum plan is shown below.

Certificate Issuance and Credit Transfer Regulations
Students who meet the credit and grade requirements will receive a credit certificate. Credits earned within three years can be applied for transfer toward the program after admission, with a maximum of 12 credits transferable.
