Dr. Kun-Feng (Ken) Wu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Transportation and Logistics at National Chiao Tung University (Taiwan). He was a National Research Council (NRC) Research Fellow working at Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), United States Department of Transportation, during 2012 and 2013, where he worked on analyzing Strategic Highway Research Program 2 (SHRP2) NDS data, a project awarded by the FHWA and the NRC, National Academy of Sciences (NAS). His works focus on applying statistical models for analyzing naturalistic driving study data, traffic engineering, traffic safety, and transportation policy. Dr. Wu He serves as a board member on the Taiwan Transportation Safety Board (TTSB) and a Delegate to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Transportation Working Group Meetings on Traffic Safety. He is also an adviser on road safety for several city governments in Taiwan (Hinchu City, New Taipei City, and Tainan). He is currently a member of Statistics Methods (ABJ80) and Truck and Bus Safety (ANB70) committees of the Transportation Research Board, and member of International Scientific Committee of Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies (EASTS).
