Future Prospection and Job Opportunities after Graduation
Without any surprise, our department ranks number 1 in the areas of transportation and logistics management in Taiwan. We have close to 20 faculty members who teach the courses covering engineering, technology and management aspects in transportation and logistics. Therefore, our curriculum comprises land, see and air transportation, subway, logistics in airports and sea ports, and logistics in enterprise and companies. Since all the students graduated from our department were well-trained by the transportation and logistics management professional courses, they are always welcome to join the government units and private sectors with 100% employment rate. The students who graduated from our department usually find their jobs in train/road transportation companies, sea transportation companies, seaport administration, airlines, Ministry of Transportation and Communication, and Department of Transportation of local governments. The students also finds their work opportunities in Taiwan International Port Corp., Taoyuan International Airport Corp., planners/engineers/managers in procurement, distribution and logistics, and supply chain management divisions/departments in high-tech manufacturing industries and service industries. The students alwayenjoy the most opportunities and the most varieties in their job placement. Our alumni have been always the most active ones in their serving areas.
